At Night Play we offer various delivery options, so that you can get you products sooner.

All of our delivery options come tracked, so that you can keep track and of your orders each step of the way.

All orders are packaged in plain packaging for your privacy.

All Prices are cover orders below 2kg there maybe adittional charges for orders above this weight.

* 2 working days for certain AB, DD, FK, TD, PH postcodes, Northern Ireland, the Highlands and Islands of Scotland, and the Isles of Scilly.

Please note that items delivered outside the UK carry a weight limit (2kg for Europe, 1.5kg for outside Europe), items over these limits may incur extra delivery charges and customs fees. 

Please note that delivery dates and times are approximate and we cannot accept liability for any delay in the delivery of goods, unless agreed to in advance in writing. Our courier service (next working day delivery) is NOT a guaranteed next day service, however, 99% of the time, deliveries happen the next day.

Returns

Night Play will honour any reasonable returns but as a general guideline:

  •  Unwanted goods –  Any credit for goods will be fully refunded within a 14 day period. after 14 days the funds will be added as store credits. We do not accept returns after 14 days after you receive goods . Please note the following conditions for acceptance of unwanted goods :

         – The goods must be unused
         – The goods must be in their original condition & packaging (including shrink wrapping, seals etc)
         – The good must be received by us within 14 days from the day you receive your order

N.B. If we suspect that the goods have been used or any of the above conditions are not met then we reserve the right to return the goods to you. Items supplied in sealed packaging that have been opened are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

  • Faulty goods – We operate a one year returns policy for faulty goods. Please send the item back to us with a note stating the problem, the desired outcome (exchange or refund) and the order reference number for the original purchase. We will exchange the item for you, or credit your account if this is not possible.

If we receive goods that are said to be faulty but are fully operational then we will count these as unwanted goods.

If any orders come back to us as undelivered by the selected shipper then we will be happy to refund you as if the item is an unwanted good, however will not refund the cost of shipping. If you would like us to re-ship the item then the cost of shipping will be charged again.

Please note that any credit memos or credit on your account will expire after 6 months of being issued.
